At Sky Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included manuals and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned instrument, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
